Russia bans all Ukrainian dairy imports
MOSCOW, Ramadan 28, 1435, July 25, 2014, SPA -- Russia has banned all dairy supplies from Ukraine, with Russia's Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance Service (VPSS) citing a lack of quality control, in the latest sign of worsening trade relations between the two countries, Reuters reported.

Ukraine signed a free-trade pact with the European Union in June and Russia, which has previously wielded import bans as punishment for countries attempting to move out of Moscow's orbit, said it was likely to respond with trade barriers.

The ban, which comes into affect on July 28, is a result of phytosanitary violations and the falsification of quality controls, said VPSS spokesman Alexei Alekseenko.

Dairy products account for only a small fraction of Ukraine's sales to Russia, but all Ukrainian exporters will be anxiously eyeing the Kremlin's trade stance because Russia accounts for nearly a quarter of Ukrainian external trade, contributing about 8 percent of gross domestic product.

Saudi Press 3 Riyadh
Okaz newspaper noted that the justifications invoked by the Israelis on the search for three kidnapped settlers to invade Gaza were revealed when press reports published about their death in the month of June, pointing out that Israel has exploited the event in order to hit the Palestinian national consensus between Hamas and Fatah on the basis of plans prepared in advance, adding that the event was the justification for the operation and striking the Palestinian reconciliation.
Under the title "Al-Assad and Daash, two faces for one oppression", Al-Watan newspaper said that the method of killing by knives is not limited to Daash and those who follow its Takfiri (describing people as disbelievers) approach, but its extends to its similar people in brutality, and there is no similar regime thirsty for bloodshed except the Syrian regime.
