Oil prices rise

Singapore, Safar, 03 1439,October 23, 2017, SPA -- Oil prices rose today after new signs of a narrowing gap between supply and demand in the US market while Asian demand is rising.
Benchmark crude Brent hit $ 57.87 a barrel by 0622 GMT, 12 cents up, or 0.21 percent, from last closing.
West Texas Intermediate crude LCOc1 was $ 52.04 a barrel, 20 cents up , or 0.39 percent.
