Indian PM receives Al-Faleh

New Delhi, Jumada II 07, 1439, February 23, 2018, SPA -- India's Prime Minister Narenda Modi received here today the Minister of Energy, Industry and Mineral Resources of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Eng. Khalid Al-Faleh who is currently on an official visit to India.
At the outset of the meeting, Al-Faleh conveyed the greetings of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and His Royal Highness the Crown Prince to His Excellency the Prime Minister, wishing the Indian people steady progress and prosperity. In turn, the Indian Prime Minister sent his greetings to the Custodian of the two Holy Mosques and his Crown Prince.
The minister confirmed the depth of relations between the two friendly countries, noting that cooperation opportunities between the two countries in the energy, industry and mineral resources fields are on the increase as per the interest instructions of the leaderships of the two countries to enhance joint cooperation between the Kingdom and India.
Al-Faleh presented the Kingdom's plan to complete its key role in enhancing Indian economic growth through enhancing cooperation with the Republic of India, particularly as regards energy, petrochemicals, fertilizers and minerals in addition to projects and electric services, etc. power generation, transfer and distribution.
He also called for investment in the Kingdom in the fields of energy, industry, and mineral resources in addition to modern economic cities.
