Royal Court: Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Orders Taking Necessary Measures to Protect Gains of Homeland and Territories, Security and Stability of the Saudi People

Jeddah, Sha'ban 28, 1435, Jun 26, 2014, SPA -- The Royal Court issued today the following statement:

"Upon the current events in the region, especially in Iraq, the National Security Council, presided over by Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, has reviewed the course and consequences of events and, based on the keenness of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques to protect the national security of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia anticipating what the terrorist organizations or others might carry out actions that might disturb the security of the homeland, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques has ordered taking all necessary measures to protect the gains of the homeland and its territories in addition to the security and stability of the Saudi people."
