Ministry of Islamic Affairs Continues Organizing Final Qualifications for Grand Competition for Memorizing Holy Quran in Thailand

Riyadh, August 17, 2022, SPA -- The final qualifications for the grand competition for the memorization of the Holy Quran continued today in the Thai capital Bangkok after its launch yesterday under the organization of the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Call and Guidance, represented by the office of the Islamic Advisor at the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's embassy in Thailand and in cooperation with the office of the Sheikh Al Islam and the Islamic central Council in the presence of the Thai Minister of Culture Itthiphol Kunplome.
The number of contestants in the final qualifications is 31, where three students will be chosen from each category of the competition.
Organizing this competition, implemented by the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Call and Guidance, embodies efforts being exerted by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to serve Islam and Muslims and highlights its highest attention to preserve the Holy Quran.
