Riyadh, Muharram 07, 1439, September 27, 2017, SPA -- Shura Council member Noura Al Shaaban affirmed that the decision by Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud to allow women to drive cars is a landmark in the history of Saudi women and keeps pace with the current stage.
