Saudi traveler starts journey from Tabuk to Russia

Tabuk, Sha'ban 9, 1439, Apr 25, 2018, SPA -- Prince Fahd bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Tabuk Region, today gave the starting signal for Mikhled bin Khalid Al-Otaibi, a Saudi amateur traveler, to make his journey from Tabuk to Russia to mark the qualifying of the Saudi national soccer team to Russia world football cup 2018.
Welcoming the traveler, Prince Fahd bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz, wished Al-Otaibi every success, calling on the Saudi media to support him.
Al-Otaibi is scheduled to reach Russia via Jordan, Egypt and Turkey, a 3000 km journey expected to take 50 days.
A photo session was held with the Governor of Tabuk Region who provided the traveler with a financial support.
For his part, Al-Otaibi said he is carrying the flag of his country and portraits of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud.
