5.9-magnitude earthquake rocks Nicaragua

Managua, Muharram 2, 1440, Sep 12, 2018, SPA -- A 5.9-magnitude earthquake rocked Nicaragua's Pacific coast early Wednesday, Vice President Rosario Murillo said.
According to spa, no injuries or damage were reported.
The quake occurred at 12:29 am (0629 GMT) at a depth of 76 kilometres off Puerto Sandino, which is located at about 70 kilometres west of the capital, Managua, the news portal El 19 quoted Murillo as saying.
The tremor was felt in the southern province of Carazo, in Leon and Chinandega in the north-west, and in parts of Managua.
