Riyadh, May 16, 2019, SPA -- Saudi newspapers highlighted in their editorials today a number of issues at local, regional and international arenas.
AlRiyadh newspaper said in its editorial titled ''Targeting the global economy'' that the terrorist attack on two oil-pumping stations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and on two Saudi vessels showed that Iran and its terrorist arms, such as Houthi coup militias and rogue regimes are seeking to spread chaos throughout the Middle East and the world.
The newspaper added that these terrorist schemes are not only targeting the security of the Gulf States and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, but also the global security and peace.
AlYaum newspaper wrote about the New Residence Permit, saying that one of the requirements of the ambitious Saudi Vision 2030 is to diversify the Saudi economy, and the New Residence Permit will bring positive returns by providing $ 10 billion annually, as it will reduce the remittances of foreigners abroad.
The newspaper added that this vital step represents the continued implementation of reforms to diversify the Kingdom's economy.
