KAPSARC participates in T20 of G20 summit in Tokyo

Riyadh, 29 May 2019 SPA -- King Abdullah Petroleum Studies and Research Center (KAPSARC) has participated in the Think20 (T20) meeting of the Group of Twenty (G20) held in Tokyo recently, as part of the Kingdom's preparations for hosting the G20 Summit in 2020.
KAPSARC Vice President for Research, the head of the Saudi delegation, Dr. Fahd Al-Turki said during the Kingdom's receipt of the organization from the representatives of Argentina and Japan in the tripartite committee that the Center works in partnership with local and international research centers to develop visions and policies on the issues and solutions to be discussed in Riyadh 2020 with a focus on issues of interest to the Kingdom, expressing his happiness with the Saudi delegation which included an elite of specialists and researchers.
The Saudi delegation included participants from the King Faisal Center for Research and Islamic Studies, Asbar Center for Studies, Research and Communications, Riyadh Economic Forum and King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology.
KAPSARC is a non-profit research center that conducts independent research in the field of energy economics, policies, techniques and related environmental studies. The Center is working on finding solutions for the most efficient and productive use of energy.
