Eight Rockets Fell on Iraqi Balad Air Base

Baghdad, January 12, 2020, SPA -- Balad Air Base in Salah Al-Din Governorate, north of the Iraqi capital, Baghdad, was attacked today by eight Katyusha rockets.
In a statement, the Iraqi Security Media Cell stated that eight Katyusha rockets fell on the Balad Air Base, which resulted in the injury of four members of the Iraqi Air Force, including two officers.
The statement did not provide further details about the incident.
