Riyadh, January 17, 2020, SPA -- Saudi newspapers highlighted in their editorials today a number of issues at local, regional and international arenas.
Al-Yaum newspaper said that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has been at the top of supporters and funders of the humanitarian response plan in Yemen 2019, according to a report issued by the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA). The paper added that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has consistently taken all steps leading to the restoration of the institutions of the Yemeni state, and has worked hard to support the security, stability, unity, and territorial integrity of Yemen.
Al-Bilad newspaper said that the Kingdom’s vision 2030 emphasized on facilitating home ownership, enacting laws and regulations, stimulating the private sector, providing real estate financing solutions and residential property programs in order to increase the rate of home ownership. The paper said that the "Housing" program of the Ministry of Housing managed to exceed its goals for 2019 by serving thousands of families through different financial and non-financial options, in addition to continuing implementation and construction work on dozens of projects in partnership with real estate developers.
