KSA's Permanent Representative to UN Meets Under-Secretary-General of UN Counter-Terrorism

New York, January 17, 2020, SPA -- The Permanent Representative of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to the United Nations Ambassador Abdullah bin Yahya Al-Mualimi has met here the Under-Secretary-General of the United Nations Office of Counter-Terrorism, Vladimir Voronkov.
The meeting reviewed the cooperation between the Kingdom and the Office of Counter-Terrorism, and ways to develop and strengthen them.
During the meeting, the Ambassador also pointed to the Kingdom’s keenness to continue the fruitful cooperation with the Office of Counter-Terrorism, which was established with the Kingdom’s financial initiative and support, for its great importance in strengthening international efforts to counter terrorism and extremism.
For his part, the Under-Secretary-General expressed his gratitude and thanks to the Kingdom’s government for its continuous support to the United Nations Office of Counter-Terrorism and its regional and international efforts to counter terrorism.
