Saudi Press: Saudi Arabia Exerts Great Efforts in Supporting Peace Process in Yemen

Riyadh, Aug 15, 2020, SPA -- Saudi newspapers highlighted in their editorials today a number of issues, at local, regional, and international arenas.
Al-Yaum newspaper reported in its editorial that Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is exerting unprecedented efforts in supporting the peace process in Yemen at all levels.
The paper added that Yemen's Vice President Lt. Gen. Ali Mohsen Saleh, expressed appreciation to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for its efforts in reaching a mechanism to accelerate the implementation of Riyadh Agreement, adding that the mechanism would make great progress in moving forward to restore the Yemeni state.
Al-Yaum concluded that the international community should take deterrent steps to prevent the Iranian regime from arming its proxies and implementing its agendas in the region and the world.
For its part, Al-Bilad newspaper reported in its editorial that in light of the crises that the world is facing whether epidemics as COVID-19 or catastrophic situations as Beirut port disaster in Lebanon, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is intensifying its relief and humanitarian programs to meet the needs of the affected people across the world.
The paper added that more than 53 countries have received humanitarian and relief aid from the Kingdom through King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Centre (KSrelief).
