Saudi Press: Saudi Arabia Pays Great and Unremitting Attention to the National Cybersecurity

Riyadh, September 16, 2020, SPA -- Saudi newspapers highlighted in their editorials today a number of issues at the local, regional, and international arenas.
Al-Riyadh newspaper reported in its editorial that the tourism sector in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia represents one of the emerging economic sectors, in addition to its importance in achieving the goals of Saudi Vision 2030.
The newspaper added that during the past period, the tourism sector witnessed many developments, regulations, and projects to strengthen the tourism industry.
Al-Yaum newspaper reported in its editorial that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia under the leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz and His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, the Crown Prince, Deputy Prime Minister, and Minister of Defense is paying great and unremitting attention for national cybersecurity.
The editorial added that such great attention had affirmed this vital sector's importance in protecting the national interests, critical infrastructure, priority sectors, and government services and activities.
The paper concluded by saying that the Cabinet's approval to set the national strategy for cybersecurity has confirmed that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is moving forward to achieve its vision of 2030 and enhance its regional and international position.
