Riyadh, February 28, 2021, SPA -- Secretary General of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Dr. Nayef Falah Al-Hajraf condemned yesterday the terrorist Houthi militia targeting of Riyadh with a ballistic missile attack, and a number of drones towards Khamis Mushait and Jazan.
Al-Hajraf emphasized that the continuation of these terrorist attacks carried out by the Houthi militia reflects its blatant challenge to the international community and its disregard for all international laws and norms, which requires the international community to take an immediate and decisive stance to stop these repeated terrorist acts, which target vital and civilian installations and the security and stability of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
He lauded the vigilance and efficiency of the Forces of the Coalition to Restore Legitimacy in Yemen, citing the air defense forces success in facing all terrorist attempts carried out by the Houthi militias. He confirmed the solidarity and stance of the GCC with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in whatever measures it takes to defend its territories and preserve the safety of its citizens and residents.
