IMCTC's Delegation Visits National Center for Combating Terrorism in Maldives

Male, Jan 26, 2022, SPA -- A delegation from the Islamic Military Counter Terrorism Coalition (IMCTC) headed by the Secretary-General of IMCTC, Maj. Gen Mohammed bin Saeed al-Moghdi paid a visit today to the National Counter Terrorism Centre in the Maldives.
Upon arrival, the delegation's members were received by the head of the Center, Brigadier General Zakariyya Mansoor.
During the visit, the delegation was briefed on the Center's efforts in combating terrorism.
They also discussed ways of joint cooperation and strengthening relations in the areas of combating terrorism.
This visit based on the IMCTC's keenness to develop strategic partnerships among member states, supporting countries, international organizations and centers, and to strengthen relations and continuous cooperation with all countries of the world, to raise capabilities and exchange best international practices, information and experiences in the fight against terrorism.
