Public Security: Individual Employers Who Allow Employees to Work for Others or for Their Own Will Face Imprisonment, Fines, Ban from Recruitment

Riyadh, May 26, 2022, SPA -- The Public Security said that individual employers who allow their employees to work for others or for their own will face a fine of up to SAR 100,000 and imprisonment of up to six months, in addition to depriving them of recruitment for a period of up to five years.
The Public Security also called the public to report any violators of the residence, labor and border security regulations through 911 in Makka and Riyadh regions and through 999 in all other regions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
