First: a one-time entry visa fee shall be (SR 2000) and that the state shall bear this fee on behalf of any visitor coming to the Kingdom for the first time to perform Hajj or Umrah rituals.
Second: a multi-entry visa fees and its periods shall be as follows:
1 - (SR 3000) for six months visa.
2 - (SR 5000) for one year visa.
3 - (SR 8000) for two-year visa.
Third: Without prejudice to what has been mentioned in items First and Second of the contents of bilateral agreements concluded between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and other countries
Fourth: Transit visa fee shall be (SR 300).
Fifth: Departure visa fee shall be (SR 50) for everyone leaves the Kingdom through seaports.
Sixth: Exit re entry visa fees shall be as follows:
1 - (SR 200) for a single trip for two months as maximum and (SR 100) shall be imposed for each additional month, within the limits of the duration of the residence permit's validity.
2 - (SR 500) for multiple trips for three months and (SR 200) for each additional month within the limits of the duration of the residence permit's validity.
A royal decree has been prepared for this purpose and the attached decision's draft stipulates that the application of the provisions of this decision shall be as of 01/01/1438 H corresponding to (02/10/2016 G).
The Cabinet also decided:
To amend the article number (fifth) of the Tariff Civil Aviation Law issued by Royal Decree number (M / 55) dated 10/20/1426 H, (21/11/2005 G) to be the following text: the Board of Directors shall have the right to determine what shall be collected as fees from everyone leaving the Kingdom through its airports and shall have the right to not collect such fees in cases appreciated by it.
A royal decree has been prepared for this purpose with its draft attached to this decision.
